Scope of work and Experience:
• (SWCC Project – Via SEC )as a representative of SEC .
“ Contract #: 20312” (YANBU-Madinah):-
• CONSTRUCTION OF 380kV& 110 kV OHTL D/C YANBU-MADINAH Water
Transmission System, the entire D/C overhead transmission line shall be shielded
with two (2), composite optical overhead wires (48 Core OPGW).
By USING ERS structure for shifting the conductor during Towers structure
Erection at the cut off points to shut down one circuit only.
• Portion II: 380 KV D/C OHTL on lattice steel structure vertical configuration
from NEW YANBU-3 SWCC 380 KV S/S to Cut-off point at existing YANBU-
RABIGH 380 KV LINE.
• Portion III: 380 KV D/C OHTL on lattice steel structure vertical configuration
from NEW YANBU-3 SWCC 380 KV S/S to Existing YANBU-1 S/S.

• Portion IV: 380 KV OHTL from YANBU-3 SWCC 380 KV S/S to Cut-off point at
existing YANBU- MADINAH E/MS J 380 KV LINE.
• After Accomplishment of project Portion III, it shall establish the following.
• New YANBU-3 SWCC S/S –Madinah East S/S.

No. of 547 Towers ,three phase ,vertical configuration with Two (2)shield
wires, overhead transmission line on Latticed steel structures AAAC Conductor
4x500mm*2 ,dia. :29.1mm with 400mm sub conductor spacing spacer damper
per phase in square configuration .
• The entire D/C overhead transmission line shall be shielded with two (2),
composite optical overhead wires (48 Core OPGW).
• Transposition: Fully transposition the OHTL.
• Phasing: Reversed phasing shall be used, arrangement of one circuit shall be
reversed order for the other circuit of each segment of the transposed TL.
• Part (2): LOOPING works constructing of Two (2) D/C overhead transmission
lines each 110 KV D/C line having 11.9Km &12Km route length, 110KV D/C 3 phase,
vertical configuration, using (2 )500 mm*2 AAAC Conductors per phase from 110KV
take off structures at 380/110kv Umlujj BSP to looping point of existing 110KV
OHTL between 380/110 KV Umlujj BSP and 110/13.8 KV UMLUJJ S/S and
110/13.8kv Al Ais S/S.
• The entire D/C overhead transmission line shall be shielded with one (1),
composite optical overhead wires (48 Core OPGW) & One (1) OGW (AACSR/AW).
Job description & responsibilities:
• Responsible for the supervision, inspection, monitoring and implementation of
approved projects. Prepares task schedules for efficient of works/ Activities.
• Prepares materials purchase orders, and request letters for the approved and
budgeted projects prior for approval of management before the projects execution
and implementation.
• Prepares materials purchase orders, and request letters for the approved and

• Revising the contractor change request/order and TCC plane date of the project
to the client.
• Analyze Contractor’s progress bills, escalation invoices, claims and requests for
payment and make revising of the payment to the Client in accordance with the
Contract Documents.
• Prepares the Damping Study to the client (Aeolian oscillations, Sub-span
oscillations) for the proper spans and with the suitable vibration recorders and
monitoring the execution at site.
• Prepares project/Accomplishment reports for Accounting reference every
invoices of the contractors that have rendered services to company.
• Monitoring the project schedule, execution as per milestones, support PM& Team
leader for their timely invoice.
• Coordination with project manager for the site works.
• Coordination with the contractors & customers, periodical feed back to the team

• Inspection of the Erected Towers parts and its tightening.
• Inspection of the Earth resistance measurement prior to shield wire pulling.
• Using ERS (Emergency Restoration System Towers).
• Monitoring & inspecting Access road & structure pad installation activities.
• Monitoring & inspecting First stage & 2nd stages foundation.
• Follow Company’s quality processes and documents Control procedures to ensure
the project flow smooth and accurate.

during the Stringing Set up, pulling activity and Sag Calculations activities of ASCR
& AAAC Conductor, and OPGW and its trouble shooting.
• Prepares the Invoice & bills for the projects.
• Manage the segregation & Stacking process of Towers parts at store and site, and
Towers Assemblies and Towers Erections procedures.
• Manage and Supervise the Towers Erection activity, Assembly and Tightening of
Nut and Bolts for back bolting and inspect the missing parts for implementation.
• Inspect the Tower parts material for avoiding any critical missing before stringing
activity.
• Prepare Conductor set up plan with the proper drums length.
• Measure all Safety precautions during Tower Erection and Stringing activities.
• Manage the insulator assembling, fitting and hoisting activity as per H/W assembly

• As a Site Engineer, responsible for the construction supervision work including
concreting of all types of foundations i.e. Piling, Pile cap and conventional
foundation of Suspension, Angle & Dead end towers in dry, semi submerged, water
logged areas.
• Lead the Towers Grounding material installation team and do the required resistance
measurements before OPGW or OGW stringing activity.
• Manage the Vibration damper installing as per damping study, and spacer distribution
as per design schedule.
• Insulator RTV rubber Silicon Coating and storing process, handling,
loading/Unloading to site with its all H.W & fittings as per assembly drawing.
• Supervise the pressing machines by its required dies with all components before
starting the site activities.
• Prepares project/Accomplishment reports to the project manager.
• Coordination with project manager for the site works, tools purchases and hiring the
required machines and equipments for site activity.
• Familiar with the new TESMEC Tensioner & Puller machines operation.
• Coordinate with project Team to clear all Comments, Punch list & bending work
before delivering the project.
• Follow the OHS requirement, periodical SOT. Update the safety document.

Scope of work and Experience: • (SWCC Project – Via SEC )as a representative of SEC . “ Contract #: 20312” (YANBU-Madinah):- • CONSTRUCTION OF 380kV& 110 kV OHTL D/C YANBU-MADINAH Water Transmission System, the entire D/C overhead transmission line shall be shielded with two (2), composite optical overhead wires (48 Core OPGW). By USING ERS structure for shifting the conductor during Towers structure Erection at the cut off points to shut down one circuit only. • Portion II: 380 KV D/C OHTL on lattice steel structure vertical configuration from NEW YANBU-3 SWCC 380 KV S/S to Cut-off point at existing YANBU- RABIGH 380 KV LINE. • Portion III: 380 KV D/C OHTL on lattice steel structure vertical configuration from NEW YANBU-3 SWCC 380 KV S/S to Existing YANBU-1 S/S. 2
  • 3. • Portion IV: 380 KV OHTL from YANBU-3 SWCC 380 KV S/S to Cut-off point at existing YANBU- MADINAH E/MS J 380 KV LINE. • After Accomplishment of project Portion III, it shall establish the following. • New YANBU-3 SWCC S/S –Madinah East S/S. • New YANBU-3 SWCC S/S –Madinah East S/S. • SEC Representative Via SEGI as Project Engineer at (YANBU-UMLUJJ)Project Contract #: 21131164/00 :- • Part(1): New Installation of 380 KV double Circuit with route length 216Km with No. of 547 Towers ,three phase ,vertical configuration with Two (2)shield wires, overhead transmission line on Latticed steel structures AAAC Conductor 4x500mm*2 ,dia. :29.1mm with 400mm sub conductor spacing spacer damper per phase in square configuration . • The entire D/C overhead transmission line shall be shielded with two (2), composite optical overhead wires (48 Core OPGW). • Transposition: Fully transposition the OHTL. • Phasing: Reversed phasing shall be used, arrangement of one circuit shall be reversed order for the other circuit of each segment of the transposed TL. • Part (2): LOOPING works constructing of Two (2) D/C overhead transmission lines each 110 KV D/C line having 11.9Km &12Km route length, 110KV D/C 3 phase, vertical configuration, using (2 )500 mm*2 AAAC Conductors per phase from 110KV take off structures at 380/110kv Umlujj BSP to looping point of existing 110KV OHTL between 380/110 KV Umlujj BSP and 110/13.8 KV UMLUJJ S/S and 110/13.8kv Al Ais S/S. • The entire D/C overhead transmission line shall be shielded with one (1), composite optical overhead wires (48 Core OPGW) & One (1) OGW (AACSR/AW).
