Duties &responsibilities.
in Egypt air Company In flight service food safety & hygiene
1-Verification and validation of food safety system in-place (Haccp system).
On job training activities.
2-Carry out supplier audits programs and assessment.
3-Carry out internal audits through various company activities ( food and non food related )
yearly according to a premeditated plan.
4-Reply &data analysis of the customer complaints for all EAIFS station ( Cairo,Hurgada &
Sharm Elsheikh ) with regard to the root cause analysis and sending recommendations to the
departments concerned.
5-Co-ordinate the internal and external audits carried by third parties on EAIFS (e.g . Safety
& Quality Sector in Egypt air Holding Company ,IATA representatives :MEDINA SGS for
certification & review meeting ,Korean Air lines)
6-Concerned with issues related to the authority of civil aviation and the renewal of the required
certificates .
7-Concerned with installation of the new equipments regarding quality aspects
Ex ; installation of the automated labeling machine and training of the employee.
8 -Promote Food safety awareness for employees, to develop, monitor the Food safety
performance.
9 - Check that safety related functions and activities such as risk assessments, inspection,
training and accident investigation etc. are being satisfactorily resourced and undertaken by the
departmental managers.
10- Work with Group ( Food Safety team ) to ensure that policies and directives are followed.
11 - Responsible to ensure that employees at all levels understand Food safety requirements and

expectations through induction, information , training and supervision.
12 - To ensure Food Safety aims to provide is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external
and internal requirements, including legal compliance, airline client .
In Egypt air medical service Company ( food hygiene &analysis)
1- Take sample from receiving area for analysis
2- Take sample from production area ( raw food – food ready –to-eat)
3- Analysis for food ( microbiological analysis )
4- Analysis the swap from hand of workers
5- Analysis the swap from equipment .
6- Analysis for water used in production area.
7- Analysis for water used for plane.

1-Insept for water unit supply the water to plane
2- Responsible to ensure that the water supplied to plane is of a good quality in water unit
supply.
3- Work with Group to ensure the disinfection of tank of plane is prepare accurate

country ) yearly according to a premeditated plan.

6- Follow the water analysis of plane ,cars transport water to plane and take corrective &
