I'm an American citizen living in Cairo. I studied for 3 years and half at CU and i
graduated as Food safety and quality Eng. During my collage time i had a lot of practical
training's in different food industries with a different experience. After graduation i
worked at HERO for 6 months as R&D Engineer then i went to JUHAYNA for juice
products for a year &half as QA Eng., finally from December 2015 I’m an analyst and
DC Engineer at Certified Food Analysis Lab "ISO17025 "till now.
I always looking for different ways to develop my skills. Nowadays I’m finishing a
Nutrition Diploma and Leadership Certificate from AUC & I started this month The
Supply Chain Management Diploma at AUC.
