1- ABC BANK EGYPT NEW HEADQUARTERS
The project aims to serve as ABC Bank New Headquarters. The building comprises of two underground
basements and six floors with a total BUA of 28,000 m2
.
The building is located within the New Cairo area, East of Cairo, Egypt on a land area of 7,250 m2
.
2- AL-MASSA PARK AT THE NEW CAPITAL
25 MVA located at the New Capital.
Worked as a Team Leader in the following buildings; (Utility Buildings, Tanks, and Fence & Gates of the
project layout).
3- BEIT ALWATAN PROJECT IN NEW CAIRO
The project is part of a national program launched by the New Urban Communities Authority for the
development of land plots in Egypt. It is located within the precinct of Beit Al-Watan area in New Cairo
Districts 5, 6, 7, and 8 over a land area of 9,093,000 m2. This area is classified as a residential and
commercial development with some public services.

2. 4-STAGE II PHASE II OF EL GABAL EL ASFAR WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT
. The existing El-Gabal El-Asfar Wastewater Treatment Plant involves two stages; each has two phases.
Stage I has a total capacity of 1,000,000 m3
/day.
. Phase I of stage II has capacity of 500,000m3
/day and it has been operated since 2005.
5-QATAR EMIRI NAVAL FORCES BASE BUILDINGS – Doha – Qatar
. The New Port Project site stretches over 26 km2
.
. The New Port will also be a centre for Qatar's Maritime security. A new base for the Qatar Emiri Naval
Forces will be built offshore of the New Port.
6- DESIGN CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR ADNOC PETROLEUM INSTITUTE INFRASTRUCTURE
. ADNOC is constructing a new petroleum institute at Sas Al-Nakhl to accommodate the anticipated growth in
student enrollment. ADNOC has thus sought the services for the design of infrastructure networks at the new
campus. Networks include water supply, sewerage, storm water, irrigation, solid waste disposal, and power
supply networks, as well as utility buildings. The area planned to be served is 682,430 m2.
7- CAIRO INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL CITY
On a land area of 138,258 m2, the medical city includes the hospital's main building, as well as an academic
research center, psychiatric unit, wellness park, hotel, wellness resort, health club, medical mall, and staff
accommodation units, the hospital's main building with a built-up area of 73,600 m2.
The 360-bed hospital comprises a two-level basement, ground floor, and four upper floors.
8- DESIGN OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN ARRASS
The existing Arrass Wastewater Treatment Plant is located to the northwest of Arrass town in Al-Qassim
region. The project aims to design the second phase of Arrass Wastewater
Treatment Plant with a total capacity of 25,000 m3/day. The number of process and non-process facilities is
estimated at 25 buildings on an area of approximately 100,000 m2.

Project Overview: A part of the development of Jeddah industrial City, MODON require the design and phased build of
a conventional wastewater treatment plant (WwTP).
Location: South of Jeddah City center on the Jeddah / jazanhighway .
Client: SAUDI INDUSTRIAL PEOPERTY AUTHORITY (MODON).
My Responsibility:

Graduation Project: Power Distribution System Planning In Newly Developing Area.

Our target in that project was to study the factors affecting the Planning and Distribution of a Power System in
some specified areas; Agriculture, Residential, City Center, Industrial. By forecasting of loads in these areas for
the next 10 years (approximately) depending on a well known data of the previous years, then we deal with
adequate building wiring techniques, calculations, lighting and sockets loads, the low voltage network and the
distribution of the electric power from medium voltage transformers, study the medium voltage network that
supplies this low voltage network, ring main unit also short circuit and voltage drop calculations.
