Regional Hosp; DeKalb Hospital and St Joseph’s. I have received training on most platforms of GE CT, as well
as Siemens sensation 16. I have attended training on both the GE MRI and Siemens Syngo MRI up thru Avanto
Platforms. I attended Philips OEM CT Training course as well.

Designed and established test and debug labs, and warehouse configuration in new 30,000sq/ft facility. Supervise and
maintained technical staff. Fault isolation to component level required, with RF and circuit card analysis performed
without schematics. Assigned to field service engineering, on both CT and MRI equipment for the last 2 years.

Responsible for the coordination and implementation of new product line evaluation with direct customer interface.
Maintain labor costs and manpower within required guidelines. Met or exceeded production requirements, within
demanding schedule and budget requirements. Coordinated all technicians and rework operators. Responsible for
procedure generation, and software modifications, in both HP3070 and Genrad ICT test platforms. Company filed
chapter-11 after 9-11 issues.

Responsible for coordinating and implementing evaluations of both digital and analog circuits, Maintain accountability
and status of all hardware, from initial evaluation to customer delivery. Responsible for full functional circuit testing
with hot mock up system level evaluation. It was my responsibility to perform all field service/customer support, with
on site fault isolation and repair. During my eight years, I received four promotions, generated multiple corrective
actions and various engineering changes.
