a. The marketing opportunity is the potential audience members for the first year of The Magical Mystery Festival. The
target market is young people ages 18-24 because according to Beech 30% of The Beatles’ listeners on Spotify are
between the ages of 18-24 (2019). Our secondary market would be people aged 25-29 because they come in as the
second highest age group listening to The Beatles on Spotify according to Beech, 2019. Our target market would also
include people in the Chicago area, because through research we found that in the United States Chicago has the
highest concentration of Beatles listeners on Spotify.
3. What is the brand story objective?
a. Our objective is to show the audience what our festival is going to be all about. We want our festival to be a safe
place and we want to build a community there.
4. What digital formats and/or online social media platforms will you use to achieve your marketing goal?
a. This video will be posted on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Tiktok. It will also become a paid marketing
campaign on Instagram and Facebook to really make sure we reach as many people as possible. For this reason, we
will also limit this video to a maximum of 60 seconds. We will also upload this video to our website and potentially
pay for an ad on a local tv station in Chicago.
