Running the examination season whilst preparing for the next season, collecting data and results
from the previous season and other varying administration tasks.
Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders from Government exam boards to school
cleaners, collating Data, resources, and Man power.
Scheduling examinations in order to seat candidates in a logical way to ensure there are no timing
clashes or disruptions to candidates or impacting on the rest of the school.
Implementing plans for the whole Academy, approximately 1600 candidates.
Planning proactively in order to have contingency plans in place and reacting positively to resolve
sudden changes and problems.

Managing the recruitment, training and co-ordination of approximately 40 Invigilators and
scheduling their workloads.
Importing and restructuring base data onto school computer programmes.
Analysing data and creating reports using Excel and SIMS (System Integrated Manager) for all
exams, and results throughout the year, and distributing information to candidates, teaching staff,
and senior management.
Organizing and prioritising workload to meet strict deadlines, and forward thinking to enable
others to meet their deadlines.
Reviewing sessions and gaining feedback in order to troubleshoot issues and implementing
changes to avoid these issue reoccurring.
Achievements
Ensured 600 candidates sat all of their exams inside a 6 week window according to Examination Board
timetables, and regulations, avoiding timing clashes and ensuring equal opportunities to all candidates
as required.
I implemented a new system to streamline mock exams using SIMS to ensure internal examination
environment exactly mirrors the external examinations, giving candidates a true simulation.
I have built up interdepartmental relationships through regular meetings and one to one discussions,
including teaching staff, facilities managers, and administration staff.
I developed the use of computers to enable students with special education needs the ability to take
control of their learning and exams.

Interests
I love to go to the theatre, concerts and other shows, also travelling, and if the two can be combined
