Below are the facilitators for the BPI SEAL SEGA Creation Training for Nano Enterprises (MEs). Read their short profiles provided below!

3. NIÑO MARTIN OBRERO
Mr. Obrero graduated as Cum Laude at Ateneo de
Naga University with degree in BS
Entrepreneurship. He holds a Master’s degree in
Entrepreneurship from the Bicol University and
was awarded as Outstanding Graduate for
Academic Excellence.
Currently, he serves as an instructor at Bicol State
College of Applied Science and Technology. He
handles Entrepreneurship and Management
subjects. Before joining the academe, he worked
as Trade and Industry Development Analyst in the
Department of Trade and Industry – Camarines
Sur. Mr. Obrero is also an accredited trainer of
Facebook and the Grassroots Entrepreneurship
and Management Program of Bayan Academy.

4. PATRICIA CORAZON LIM-FRANCIA
Trish Francia is the co-founder and Chief Executive
Officer of Woven, a compassionate crafts company
that works hand in hand with Filipino artisan
communities.
Apart from managing the social enterprise, she
works as a consultant and mentor for NGOs, doing
research and case studies on social enterprises,
foundations, and academic institutions.
Apart from Woven, she is a board member of a
group of young local entrepreneurs called Roots
Collective. She is also a consultant adjunct
member of the faculty at Enderun Colleges,
teaching social entrepreneurship to
undergraduates.

5. CREZEL B. OBRERO
Graduated with a degree in BS Entrepreneurship at the
Ateneo de Naga University, awarded Magna Cum Laude
and a Distinction in Entrepreneurship. She held a
Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Bicol
University and was conferred an Outstanding Graduate
in 2014. She also attained a Doctor of Business
Administration degree at the Ateneo de Naga University
as a Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Scholar.
Ms. Crezel has been active in conducting research about
social entrepreneurship. She was a grantee of the 2018
Department of Tourism National Research Grant and
one of the winners of the BPI Sinag Social
Entrepreneurship and Management Program for
Educators in 2022 to develop instructional material
showcasing Bicolano social enterprises.

6. CREZEL B. OBRERO
Currently, she is an Assistant Professor IV and the
program chairperson for the Ph.D. in Business
Management at the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges
(CSPC), where she advises business students and partner
communities in Camarines Sur.

7. VINI SALONGA
Vini Salonga is a ATBP’s Managing Partner and a
graduate of BS Accountancy from University of Santo
Tomas. She have served in the social enterprise
sector since they joined GKonomics in 2014, and is
highly exposed to the specialized needs of social
businesses and the communities they serve.
Vini has gained valuable experience and technical
expertise as the lead-in-charge for client
engagements and through 5 years of consulting,
covering topics from accounting, taxation, and
business processes, with various social enterprises
and organizations in the development sector. She
obtained their Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship –
Social Enterprise Development Track from the
Ateneo Graduate School of Business in 2021.

8. EDWIN SUSON
Edwin Suson is an Asst. Professor at University of
Santo Tomas, College of Commerce and Business
Administration – Entrepreneurship Department,
where he teaches entrepreneurship courses, personal
finance and marketing in the undergraduate
program. He speaks and teaches in different
organizations and training institutions pushing his
advocacy on developing and shaping entrepreneurial
mindset and achieving financial independence. His
specializations are in all facets of entrepreneurship,
financial literacy and marketing.
He is a registered financial planner and Accredited
Trainer of Bayan Academy.
