Currently Ngwatshi has established a consultancy that provides Corporate Social responsibility (CSR)
solutions. The consultancy assists companies to maximize their contribution to society while increasing
their competitive position and improving their image in the eyes of clients and other stakeholders.
Ngwatshi is an avid trainer on leadership and business development and has trained entrepreneurs and
aspiring entrepreneurs, government officials and corporates. She has represented Botswana in over 7
