communications. She has a diverse sector background from Non-Governmental organizations, banking,
events coordinating, insurance and consultancy.
Ngwatshi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Botswana. She has worked for
Junior Chamber International as an Executive Director where she was responsible for stakeholder
management and resource mobilization, she raised over 2 million Pula and has established a good
professionalfriendshipwithkeygovernment officials,media,company CEO’s, CSRHeadsinmultinational
companies and local SMMEs.
She has facilitatedandprovideddirectiontoprojectsinline withthe MillenniumDevelopmentgoalsand
Botswana’sVision2016 pillars. Suchasthe buildingof the MorulaDaycare whichisacommunitydaycare
inthe rural areaof Gaborone-Westthataimstoprovide daycare servicestoorphans,vulnerable children
andchildrenfromlowincome families,The JCIUN Nothingbutnetsprojectsthatraised over1200 malaria
nets that were distributed in the mopipi area in 2013.
She also sits in the Botswana Insurance Holding Limited’s (BIHL) Trust as a board of trustee, with a
responsibilityof grantingfinancial supporttoprojectsunderthe bannerof povertyalleviation.Readmore

Through her many years of community development, Ngwatshi has been appointed to sit in various
committees such as the Botswana Confederation Commerce Industry and Manpower (BOCCIM) Youth
Sector and the SADC Regional Investment Code Guidelines Protocol committee that lobby for
advancementof humanitythroughpositive change of policies.She haspresentedandnegotiatedonkey
policyissuestoseniorgovernment officialsandlaw makers. Policiesthatshe has beena part of forming
are the 2011 Republic of Botswana Youth Mainstreaming policy, 2010 revised youth policy and SADC
Investment protocol policy to name a few.
Currently Ngwatshi has established a consultancy that provides Corporate Social responsibility (CSR)
solutions. The consultancy assists companies to maximize their contribution to society while increasing
their competitive position and improving their image in the eyes of clients and other stakeholders.
Ngwatshi is an avid trainer on leadership and business development and has trained entrepreneurs and
aspiring entrepreneurs, government officials and corporates. She has represented Botswana in over 7
counties from across Africa and Asia. Her strengths include being able to work well with a variety of
personalities, to enter easily into new situations with a creative and resourceful attitude, She is always
