• To monitor, plan and control department’s yearly budget (Savings and Cost Control)
2012-2015 – Project Manager
• Manages his section to ensure that the repair, conversion and new building offshore jobs
defined in the Reference Sheets and to be performed by his Section are carried out in
accordance with the budget and schedule set by the Project Manager
• Specifies work standards where not specified by the Owners or by Classification Societies.
• Manages all assigned projects.
• Authorizes purchase of equipment, spares and materials needed for repair jobs.
• Monitors progress of work and reports to the YM(O), matters requiring the YM(O)’s attention.
• Ensures that the equipment and tools used by his section is maintained, including the calibration
of inspection, measuring and testing equipment.
• Ensures good housekeeping at the facilities and work areas under his area.
• Conducts trade tests and qualifies new workers, if appropriate.

and supplies.

• Corresponds with clients and other departments in N-KOM to clarify /resolve the issues.
