CURRENT POSITION AND DUTIES
Professional Photographer – April 2009 – present.
I currently own and manage my own professional photography business as well as looking
after my accounts. I have been operating as a professional Photographer since April 2009

Solid Dose Manufacturing Facilitator (Contract) – October 2007 – April 2009
• Supervision of 14 operatives in the Tablet manufacturing, and Inhalations filling lines
• Ensuring all duties are carried out as per relevant SOP’s
• Following a Production Schedule and ensuring that targets are met.
• Ensure that the operators are directed to the designated work centres to achieve target
outputs for the shift.
• Monitor and control Time & Attendance of the shift and absenteeism is kept below
3% through Clockwise
• Setting PDP’s, (Performance Measurement), on all crew members and reviewing
every 6 months, through Lotus Notes
• Ensuring that all products are manufactured in accordance with cGMP and validated
procedures and that BMR’s are followed.
• Output and Quality performance review on a daily basis.
• To complete all documentation right first time (i.e. correct and in full) in order to
achieve Customer Service and Good Manufacturing Practice and RFT targets are met.
• Ensure faultfinding on machines happens effectively when problems are encountered
• Ensuring all FDA and IMB audits are passed successfully with zero major citations.
• Maintaining time to release batches at less than 5 days target.
• Monitoring of changeovers, downtimes, and turn around times are kept to a minimum.
• Use of Trackwise for incident reporting and investigations and that all IR’s are
completed in real time.
• To complete all SAP transactions required correctly and in real time
• To make use of available SOPs, manuals, drawings, training materials etc, in
performing duties
• Complete initial investigation into accidents and near misses.
• Ensure compliance with all EHS safety systems.
