 By conducting a fair survey for OSC and searching the
number of ways to ensure / maintain their attendance
in the school after admission.
 By identifying the strategies to engage parents and
teachers to improve student retention and enrollment.
 By completing the school missing facilities with the
help of NSB Fund or special Funding by SED.
 By involving the SC of the school for the betterment of
the school and achievement of the Target assigned in
CM Roadmap.
 By working closely with the SC to identify areas of
improvement.

7.  IMPROVEMENT PLAN
 By ensuring the SC meetings are convened at
least once every month for the improvement of
the quality of Education.
 By ensuring the usage of NSB and other funding
for the purpose to cover the retention of students
as well as new admission also.
 By discussing deeply the problems about
student’s attendance and their academic progress
with Teachers as well as with the parents.
 By conducting the PTA i.e Parent Teacher
Association to overcome the student’s
absenteeism.
