1. Discovering Our Solar System:
Lesson 9 - (Mars Resources)
In this lesson, students will review how to access Seesaw to locate
an activity and complete the activity’s attached template. Students
will begin the lesson by reviewing how to access Destiny Discover
websites. Today, they will learn how to filter the Mars search by
grade level and subject and locate the website’s name. Students
will choose and explore one of the Mars’ websites with the objective
of learning something new about Mars. After learning from the
website, students will complete the activity template on Seesaw
that asks for the student to record the website name the student
used and a fact(s) learned from the website. If students have
completed all work in this unit, they may explore the videos on
