Marketing/Communications Specialist
 Develop, plan, market and execute all aspects of various large events such as Formal
galas, Trade Shows, Seminars, Art Gallery openings, Grand Re-Opening, as well as
several other smaller events and executive meetings consistently staying within budget
 Organizing and planning all out of town travel arrangements for executives including air,
hotel, vehicle rentals/charters seminar registrations etc.
 Coordinate, execute, and represent the agency at trade shows and community events
including pre-planning, show services, marketing materials, accommodations,
transportation, registrations, technical services, budget management and post-show
 Maintain and develop business to business and vendor relationships
 Representation of the agency at business groups, seminars and events intended to
promote agency awareness and community use of our services.
 Market the organization through press releases and mail campaigns
 Maintain and monitor all social media platforms
 Manage all advertising ad media buying
 Design, publication and distribution of newsletters and other printed material to
support community awareness
 Coordinate and lead both Board meetings and staff meetings
 Manage and monitor all donations and processes including a well organized database

and professional attention before, during and after The Buffalo Sabres games.
