This document discusses cyber bullying, defining it as cruel behavior that happens repeatedly online using technology like phones and social media. Cyber bullying can happen anywhere at any time. 2. What does it mean???…
Bullying is more than an argument between two
people. When someone is continuously upsetting you
and hurting your feelings. Making you feel threatened
and unsafe. If someone is repeatedly cruel to you,
that’s bullying and you mustn’t blame yourself. No one
deserves to be treated cruelly.

At a distance – not face to face

ANYWHERE AT ANYTIME!!

4. What to do ?
STOP BULLYING : FULL STOP!
Keep a copy of the message/s that upset you, it
may be useful evidence!
Most social media (Facebook, Twitter) allow you to
BLOCK the person. Whether the harassment is in an
app, texting, comments or tagged photos, you can
BLOCK the person. You can also report the problem
to the service. That probably won’t end it, but you
don’t have to see it. If you’re getting threats of
physical harm, you should call your local police
(with a parent or guardian’s help) and REPORT it to
school authorities.
Protect your accounts. Don’t share
your passwords with anyone – even your
closest friends, they may not be close
forever – and password-protect your
phone so no one can use it to pretend
they are you.
