to debate about their advantages.

excited. They were preparing very
hard for the contest. They were
gathering up all the details about
their advantages. Finally the contest
day arrived and the contest started.

healthy skin and hormones. I make

8. Everybody applauded the roles of
carbohydrates and protein. Then
suddenly a doctor came on the
stage from the audience. First he
apologized for interrupting. Then
he said that you both
carbohydrates and protein are
useful for us but as a doctor i
want to give some precautionary
measures which people should take
while consuming you both.

kidneys are deteriorating must take
care in taking proteins because it can
produces stones in their kidneys.
Likewise, all forms of carbohydrate is
not beneficial. For example pasta is
high in carbs, which can be bad for
you if consumed in large amounts. It
also contains gluten, that causes
issues for those who are gluten
sensitive.
