This document introduces DevelopHer, an employee resource group at Turbonomic committed to empowering women at the company. It provides biographies of the DevelopHer co-chairs, Sultana Khandakar and Mor Cohen, and five other board members from different roles and locations within Turbonomic.

DevelopHer Mission
DevelopHer, our global employee network, is committed to
empowering all women at Turbonomic by attracting, connecting, and
advancing female talent while fostering a culture of inclusion and
belonging. DevelopHer provides opportunities for mentorship,
professional development, relationship building, collaboration and a
strong sense of community to all women at Turbo.

Sultana Khandakar, Program Manager
DevelopHer Co-Chair
Sultana is our Program Manager on the People
Strategy team. Sultana is very passionate about
diversity and inclusion, and is spearheading
Turbonomic’s D&I efforts with DevelopHer. Sultana
launched DevelopHer in early 2019 and serves as the
co-chair of the board. Sultana enjoys building
relationships and collaborating with others to create a
more positive and inclusive culture.

Mor Cohen, Cloud Chief Technology Officer
DevelopHer Co-Chair
As Cloud CTO, Mor is Turbonomic’s leading cloud
evangelist and thought leader. She was one of the first
Turbonomic employees, started her career as a
software engineer and earned seven patents for
development of Turbonomic’s original cloud software. In
2016, she transitioned to the role of Lead Product
Manager and Cloud Evangelist. Since then, she has
helped hundreds of customers architect their public
cloud strategy.

Rebecca Connell, Director of Operations & HR
As Director of Operations and Human Resources, EMEA,
Rebecca is primarily responsible for leading all initiatives
relating to employee relations and ensuring the smooth
running of the EMEA HQ.
She has been with Turbonomic for four years and has played
a fundamental part in building out and supporting the
operation and personnel in EMEA. Rebecca is passionate
about people and culture and loves problem solving. Prior to
Turbonomic she had built up over ten years experience in
project and event management, and five in generalist HR.

Mary Harris, Sales Enablement Operations Mgr
Mary is from Foxboro, MA and attended Villanova
University majoring in Economics. She has been
working in Sales Enablement for the past three years
and has onboarded over 250 employees. She finds
meeting and onboarding new hires to be the most
rewarding part of her job. Mary loves traveling,
spending time with family and friends, and is passionate
about animals.

Meghan Shipp, Communications Manager
Meghan manages the Analyst Relations program and
supports Turbonomic’s overall communications strategy. She
works to deepen relationships with industry analysts from
leading firms and promote impactful internal and external
communication at Turbonomic. Meghan is passionate about
building relationships, sharing compelling stories, and helping
others – she is a firm believer in leading with kindness and
empathy.
Prior to Turbonomic, Meghan was a Management and Health
Studies double major at Bentley University. Outside of work,
Meghan is an active runner and avid reader.

Tal Sofer, Israel Cloud Center of Excellence Mgr
Tal is based in our Tel Aviv office, which she established
herself. She started working at Turbonomic as an intern
during her second year at university, working in one of
our founders’ labs. In the next 5 years, Tal went on to
work on the public cloud team, features team, and built
the Israeli Dev Center. Today, she leads the dev
applications team that works to bring Turbonomic’s core
mission to life! When she’s not working, Tal enjoys
running, reading, and spending time with her friends
and family.

Martha Kramer, Senior Instructional Designer
Martha has over 20 years of experience in corporate
training, with a focus during the last ten on instructional
design and technical training. Prior to Turbonomic, she
designed and implemented courses in productivity and
medical software. Certified as an e-learning author and
administrator, her focus at Turbonomic is on design of
educational materials (including e-learning), as well as
execution of the certification programs.
