11. Road Map: Plan A
The ATEO and TEO have the power to change the time schedule of a Thana
community schools. So, we have to consider them as the highest authority in
changing the time schedule at first, because according to the principles of change,
within an institution to get the ultimate change at first short term changes or
changes in a small part should be brought out. If a Thana community’s primary
schools get changed in time schedule, later on following up the results,
assessments and observations on the outcomes it is quite possible to bring out
the change gradually in larger levels.
12. Road Map: Plan A
The following plans should be carried out to bring the long cherished change of
school timing-
● Open discussion on the issue within the assistant teachers community who
later on will connect the head teachers.
● Creating a strong supportive group by involving all the assistant teachers and
head teachers together.
● A powerful guiding coalition will be formed by the guidance of Head Teachers
association.
13. Road map: Plan A
● A vision and strategies will be created by the coalition group lead by the Head
Teachers who will directly approach to ATEO and TEO about the change.
● Strongly convincing ATEO and TEO to bring the change within the Thana
community
14. Road Map: Plan B
If a plan A doesn’t work we will go for plan B, where we will contact to the Ministry
of Primary and Mass Education through MP and other Mid-Level Officials.
We will discuss with them about the issue, we will present the whole scenarios in
front of them and make them understand the whole situation. A strong
documentation of the present scenario will be created in which the negative
impacts of an odd timing will be reflected.
