                    together through Portfolio Management.
  A growing business needs all the professional expertise it can find; however
  recruiting new people is expensive, and high level skills require high reward.
The business may consider interim, consultancy or contract management. These
    are temporary solutions, ultimately unsatisfactory and again, expensive.
    As an alternative, Mayfair offers a manager who owns a portfolio of roles.
 A Portfolio Manager is mature and vastly experienced. Experience which may
well include time as a director of a large company. This level of experience would
provide the business with a significant degree of expertise at an affordable cost.
  The Portfolio Manager will have a permanent part-time agreement which may
 include stock options, thus bringing commitment to, and sincere involvement in
   the business. Skills and Experience are used efficiently and productively as
             limited time concentrates the business on effectiveness.
 A Portfolio Manager will also bring credibility to the business. A management
board or senior team member with such vast experience will raise the business
                  profile with shareholders and investors alike.
Mayfair understands business flexibility. We ensure that Portfolio Managers are
  of the highest standard - we know them all personally, and we coach and
   prepare them for their new role. There is no job interview; you will meet
         socially, and discuss business plans together; we can offer to
          guide your decision making, but the final decision is yours.
