Within this report are two different blog postings for our client, where our intentions were to invite prospects and loyal customers to interact with the company digitally, via Facebook or the client's website. We optimized the blog posts to have the most relevant SEO's.

My team’s client is Greeks & More. This company specializes in embroidery services for
clothing and accessories. Our client’s audience are groups that want to brand themselves by
owning clothing material or accessories for members to have. At the moment my client’s loyal
customers are UCF’s Greek communities and also numerous other recreational clubs within the
school. The loyal customers purchase clothing that range from t-shirts and jerseys to hats and
coffee mugs. Our client’s prospects do include newly established clubs from UCF. Prospects do
not just exclusively come from UCF, but can be any social club or professional organization that
looks to brand themselves with their own clothing and or accessories. My client had originally
been partnered with the US Military, but over the years they have lost that contract. Although
this is a lost loyal customer, I believe it can be considered a prospect with hopes to regain their
business. Prospects can also include small to medium size business that want to provides
uniforms and accessories for their employees. Another group of prospects includes start up
clothing companies. This is a huge prospect market and my client can provide them their own
stock and see the quality before purchasing.
With the blogs for my client I would like to accomplish many things. Within my clients
Facebook page, my blog posting would give an introduction to prospects about what my client’s
company is and invite loyal customers with an incentive to share photos of recent or past
purchases. By having loyal customers share these photos, prospects can witness the success of
my client. This blog post would allow prospects to see quality, pleasure from the purchases and
ultimately establish confidence that my client’s business is genuine. When prospects do their
research, they will see from my blog that numerous loyal customers are pleased with their
purchase and are willing to show it to the public. This creates brand awareness and brand
credibility for prospects to trust. The other blog post would cater to my client’s loyal customers.

Within this blog, I would like for my client to promote new articles of clothing and accessories
that are now available to customize. This blog post can be a platform for advertisement. Sales
can increase and loyal customers will continue to purchase. Since my client’s loyal customers
already know the quality, they will be confident that new products will hold the same value.
As mentioned before, I choose to communicate both blog postings via my clients
Facebook page. Facebook is the leading social networking platform right now and continually
updates its web face with new features. Some of these features includes ways to promote local
businesses for target markets and simplifying communication between parties. At the moment,
my client already has a Facebook page for their business, but has not been updated in over six
years. Although the page is not updated, it is easy for my client to add it with new information
and blogs. Facebook itself is user friendly and establishes a fun and easy way for anyone to
communicate to each other. Within my clients Facebook page, blog posts for loyal and prospect
customers can easily be found and shows that there is ongoing activity within the business.
Choosing Facebook is the smartest platform to communicate these blogs. When loyal customers
add photos or even communicate within my clients Facebook page, those loyal customer’s
Facebook friends will see that activity. Facebook has enabled that as a feature in order to show
friends each other’s activity. This creates a large margin for new prospects to stumble upon my
client, plus it shows that one of their friends has purchased before and distills brand credibility
automatically.
The title to my client’s blog post that is targeted toward loyal customers will be, “Greeks
and More: New Customizable Clothes and Accessories.” I chose the words “Greeks and More”
to be in the title of the blog because if anyone searches this, the blog will show up as well. And
the words “New Customizable Clothes and Accessories” were chosen because if anyone were to

look up select words or combinations of the words will see this blog post as a result.
“Customizable Clothes and Accessories” is general, but if someone doesn’t have any preceding
knowledge of my client’s company, this blog will show up. Now the title for the blog post in
regards to the prospects market will be “Greeks and More: Customize Your Way Today.” I chose
this title because first of all, it has a jingle to it. It rolls of the tongue smoothly and should catch
the attention of any reader. Plus, it says what Greeks and More could do for them, but at the
same time doesn’t reveal too much and gives an inviting sense of mystery for customers to be
interested in. Having “Greeks and More” at the beginning of the title is necessary, for it tells the
reader who the company is. And following that, having “Customize Your Way Today” are the
general words that are key to having good SEO results. If anyone were to look up “customize”,
my clients Facebook page and blog postings should show up. After that is the catch phrase,
“Your Way Today”, this gets prospects attention and curiosity. The title is inviting, but the
content will reveal who my client is.

Our company strives to be innovative and creative, so today we are proud to announce our new
product line and we invite you guys to check it out.

custom perfume bottle is available and much more…
Below are some sample pictures of the new products we have to offer.
According to a research by Mintel (2014), “One way to stand out is to offer customization
(embroidery), which is an important trend in retail today.”
Another report from Mintel (2017) states that 38% of adults from age 18-24 see luxury purchases
as those than be customized. When you guys customize your products through us, a sense of
luxury will be given.
We know it takes time to make a decision with whom to do embroidery services with, but ensure
that we will continue to provide the same quality consistently.
We emphasize that our service is a unique way to customize your needs.
Don’t worry, because even though we are releasing new products for you to customize, the
original ones you love so much are still available.
