• Peer review – ask a colleague or peer from
your network to critique your manuscript
• Provide extra material such as your biography,
descriptions and profile picture etc.
• Put all writing through a grammar checker,
such as the free version Grammarly, to catch
any typos.
• Communicate realistic deadlines and respect
these once they are agreed.
