structures, so I have become very comfortable with adapting to change. Work a minimum
50 hours a week. Responsible for prioritizing individual sales opportunities, run %,
customer and employee relations, planning logistics to ensure technician efficiency and
building sales volume, over $28 million YTD.

As a staff coordinator and recruiter I was the first person to answer and redirect any calls at
the office. I was responsible for building schedules for nurses and hiring new ones. Hiring
involved: marketing, testing their skills, collecting proper certifications and identifications,
and scheduling interviews with families. I also had rotating on-call shifts where we had a
business phone and handled all calls and complications for up to 120 consecutive hours.
