1. This picture suggests there Is a lot going on around this teddy bear, which relates to the boy in our film, where he is so simple yet there are a lot of troubles and issues that circulate him in his life. By having bricks and works equipments it suggests there is danger as well and that the teddy bear is not in a safe environment.
2. This photo is very similar to the previous one however it is more of a long shot than the other one which makes the teddy look very far away, giving connotations of loneliness insecurity. However the setting in both of these photos isn’t closely related to our film.
3. This photo also suggests the teddy is unsafe. It looks lonely, in the middle of nowhere with no security. The ladder directly behind it also suggests safety issues, which is also a fear In our film as the protagonist is not exactly safe in his life. The photo would be more suitable if the teddy was facing the camera.
4. This one is another version of the previous but also a long shot to compare the shots. Its also shows an old door which doesn’t really add to the sense of an unsafe environment but it distracts the attention away from the bear. The position of the teddy in this photo is more central which shows the importance of it. But the other objects in the photo might distract the attention perhaps too much.
5. This photo is more simple and I think it works better than the others. I put the teddy against a red door as it connotes an obvious thought of danger or wrongness, It also suggests that maybe the teddy has been left outside. The leaves on the floor suggest the time of year and that its probably quite cold which adds to the sympathy towards the teddy and therefore the child in the film.
6. This photo is similar to the previous but a horizontal shot, the title of the film could be placed next to the bear against the red door. The bear in this shot is faced towards the door.
