problem
Things to Consider!!!
15. OWNERSHIP
• Being whole, determined, confident, contented, at peace and
focused.

earning. Find a greater WHY?

• What is your WHY in life?
Leaders have certain characteristics that make them standout.
Autocratic - taking no account of other people's wishes or opinions; domineering
Laissez Faire - delegative leadership, is a type of leadership style in which leaders are hands-off and allow group members to make the decisions
How Does Laissez-Faire Leadership Work?

Advantages of Autocratic Leadership
If quick decisions are needed
Close supervision – employee will not slack off
Total control – reduces stress because the outcome is the hands of the manager; good for new employees because they still need direction
Disadvantage
May lead to misunderstanding because of one way communication
Fails to motivate if the workforce is highly knowledgeable
One way communications
Successful laissez-faire leaders typically work with people who:
Have strong skills, extensive education or experience
Are self-motivated and driven to succeed on their own
Have proven records of achievement on specific projects
Are comfortable working without close supervision
