3. 1. Have a topics list
o Give all the members of the
meeting a list of topics,
because with that you are
going to say to the members
what topics they can talk
about, so they won´t waste
time in things that are not
important to the meeting.
4. 2. Respect everybody's
opinion
■ It is common that people doesn’t
respect the opinion of other members
of the meting, so they start saying
things that are not polite or to
question a lot that person, so at the
beginning you should say that
everybody must respect no matter
what.
5. 3. Have a moderator
■ Every meeting needs to have
someone that moderates it, because
if there is not, then everyone is
going to do what they want, because
there will be no authority.
