Executive Summary
1. Situation
The National Disaster Management Agency(NDMA) is responsible for
managing, preparing, responding to, and mitigating all disasters.
Now NDMA is expecting a significant increase of their full time employees
in next three years, due to the additional resources granted by Congress.
2. Challenge
Unfortunately, the current badging process cannot handle such an increase
in demand in the near future because of inefficiencies in the system.
Changes to the system must be implemented in a timely manner to meet
the needs of NDMA.
3. Solution
We will implement a secure, government developed software to
significantly increase the efficiency of the badging process at a low cost.
We took into consideration your interest in current industry trends.
