 During the last two weeks we were focus on: 
 Remake our Interiew form and we interviewed around 15 people. 
 New interview form updated on Confi.pt Blog 
 We are working on interview more people and continue the analysis. 
 Design the Qualtrics Survey 
 We will present it in two versions: Portuguese and English 
 Waiting feedback before running out.
