Hypothesis Confi.pt will have revenue from ads.
Test
Make short interviews all together with 10 service
providers and companies and ask them, if they would
pay for advertisement in the confi.pt website.
Validation
If at least 4 service provider or company is interested to
pay for ads.
Results
4 out of 10 are interested to pay for ads if Confi
webpage would be a considerable demand.

Subscriptions
Component: Revenue Stream
Hypothesis Confi.pt will have revenue from subscription.
Test
Make short interviews all together with 10 service
providers and companies and ask them, if they would
pay 19 euros for half a year subscription after the first
free half a year, if they see confi.pt as a website which
deliver them customers.
Validation
If at least 7 service provider or company is interested to
pay for subscription.
Results
8 out of 10 are interested to pay for a subscription if
Confi will be a well known page.

Confi.pt will have higher revenue from subscription
after the first year.
Test
Make short interviews all together with 10 service
providers and companies and ask them, if they would
pay 25 euros for half a year subscription after the first
year, if they see confi.pt as a website which deliver
them customers.
Validation
If at least 7 service provider or company is interested to
pay for subscription.
Results
8 out of 10 (answers 'total) are interested to pay for
subscription after 1st year (as a trial period)

• We contacted 20 different services providers by email.
These companies provide cleaning services, painting
services, electrical services, babysitting and nannies,
accounting services and/or private teachers.
• During next days we’ll expect more answers and
feedback.
