Today I´ll talk about Re/max.
Re/max was founded by Dave and Gail Liniger in 1973 (nineteen-
seventy-three) in Denver (Colorado,EUA).
Re/max is an acronym for Real Estate Maximum.
These are the differentdesigns that the logo had and this is the well-
known Remax logo,a hot air balloon. This logo is very catchy and, in my
opinion, represents the greatness of the company and the high
expectations we should have about its services.
The company have 3 slogans:
"Above the Crowd"
"Heaven is the limit"
"No one in the world sells more real estate than RE/MAX"
I think they transmit the company's ambition to be the bestand shows
that brokers are willing to do anything to ensure that real estate is sold or
bought according to the preferencesof customers.
There are more than 150 000 (one hundred and fifty thousand) agents
and 7090 (seven thousand and ninety) agencies all over 110 (one
hundred and ten) countries.
The Re/max agents work autonomously and are free to manage their
business.
The big difference betweenRe/max and other real estate companies is
that they work with exclusivity aiming at customerloyalty.
There is a book that tells us how Re / max achieved the success we can
all see today, what the company stands for, the important lessons we
can draw from the company's journey and the effortthat the founders
have made in making the difference.
Finally, I chose this brand because it stands out in its field and I thought
it would be a good opportunity to get to know my mother's work better.
