Plan and implement a preventative maintenance program
Required to work autonomously on afternoon shift and make decisions on machine
breakdowns and production requirements.

Achievements:
At its peak Waterwheel manufactured out of 3 sites – Responsible for all machine uptime,

processes of the relocated equipment.

Jan 2016; Winning ways award in recognition of the creative approach taken by the
maintenance team in getting the Cavvana up and running, after a breakdown, in half the
expected time.
Sept 2016; Winning ways award – “Passion and courage to find a better way to succeed”. In
recognition of the hard work and dedication in finding innovative solutions and budget
savings to achieve a successful execution of line 5 automation upgrade project
