 Plan and implement a preventative maintenance program

breakdowns and production requirements.

Achievements:
 At its peak Waterwheel manufactured out of 3 sites – Responsible for all machine uptime,

 Assisted in the relocation of Waterwheel plant and equipment to Sydney including training
engineering and production staff in Sydney in the operation, servicing and production
processes of the relocated equipment.
Awards:
 Jan 2016; Winning ways award in recognition of the creative approach taken by the
maintenance team in getting the Cavvana up and running, after a breakdown, in half the
expected time.
 Sept 2016; Winning ways award – “Passion and courage to find a better way to succeed”. In
recognition of the hard work and dedication in finding innovative solutions and budget
savings to achieve a successful execution of line 5 automation upgrade project
