Build HYPER-V Test Lab using Windows 2012 Hyper-V only (No GUI)

Test Host PC's using VMware and Windows Hyper-V.
Maintain these Test PC's using iN Standard process
Maintain the entire Test PC's environment for Network, Printers or hardware issues.

repeated every time for regression testing.
Ability to do the stress testing to check if the application and the Infrastructure can handle
multiple request or load on a certain application, using combination of ALM and Perfmon (on
the server).

3. Major Accomplishment at American Honda.
1) Build and manage a Test Environment Lab using Windows 2012 HYPER-V only (No
GUI). This is being used extensively to test new applications, updates - on Virtual
Machines consisting of XP (retired), Windows 2000 (retired), Vista (retired), Windows
7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.
2) Load Tester – using Load runner and then HP ALM (Application Lifecycle
Management). Putting a load test on our application if they can handle heavy traffic
usage etc. Use UFT (Unified Functional Testing) for regression testing purposes.
3) Multi-Browser – Lead QA Tester, where we test all our applications that they comply
on all 4 internet browsers, IE11, Chrome, Firefox and Safari (Using IPAD). We
validate everything are working as expected, from Printing, submitting Transaction,
Look and feel that they remain the same exact position on any browser etc. Used of
Adminitrack and excel (I used this for listing the adminitrack tickets, the issue and
the fix, this way its easier for me to see duplicate issues) to report any issues and
assigned to the team for fix. All are documented so we used the same fix on all
development from Unit Test to Acceptance to production environment.
