I serve as direct contact for both current and prospective groups and members regarding their membership in
statewide health benefits pool called Montana Unified School Trust (MUST), which targets all types of public school
employees. MUST is a multi-employer, self-funded, non-federal government plan, which provides health, dental,
vision, life and long term disability benefits.
I am involved in developing responses to quote requests for all school districts, successfully quoting and signing
several. In support of the quote process, I have presented the program to large groups of potential members. I
develop creative sales tools, including presentations, trend reports, kitted assets, and product data sheets.
I have a proven track record in group retention, providing all manner of services including member education, renewal
and open enrollment assistance, claims questions and appeals, and Affordable Care Act concerns. I am an integral
part of the process between benefits and claims adjudication for members, relying on timeliness in communication
and ability to analyze.
As a health benefits professional I have over ten years of experience in marketing and promoting the self-insured trust
concept across the state of Montana, attending conferences on an annual basis.
I have over ten years of experience with several software packages as well as the traditional Windows and email
