About Us
We make Animatronic Animal and Animatronic Character. Basically, any theme figure can be
our manufactured character, and our animatronic characters from film, cartoon, fairy tale,
Halloween demon, business logo, imaginary figure… These characters with life like sound and
motion are suitable for decorating shopping mall, cinema, supermarket, haunted house,
amusement parks,Temples permanent God stroy Jhanki etc.
We can customize Animatronic Alien for show! The public can interact with these animatronic
aliens!
We are a young technology and Innovation company from India and work in the field of
Robotics and Animatronics- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Vision.
Founded in February 2015 by young and passionate innovator Mr. Vijendra Yadav. We today
are a team of more than 10 people Head Office in Delhi we have sales and support offices in
Noida – India.
Since inception the company has been growing exponentially both in terms of market share and

Organizational Plan
The company will be set up as and Private Limited Company. The Directors will be the
majority shareholder with 60% ownership. This will allow him to make necessary managerial
decisions and avoid conflict. The CTO will hold the remaining 40%. The company’s staff will
consist of the Director (head of commercial division), the CTO (head of residential division),
and six part-time laborers (three in the commercial division and three in the residential

Contingency Plans
We will focus on the aspect of our company that brings in the most revenue. We are also
prepared to reduce our top three cash out-flows. These will include items such as the Director
and CTO salaries and the amount of equipment we own. We are also prepared to fluctuate our
prices in order to meet any demand. Should we feel that our prices our too low and we are
viewed as amateurs we would raise them.
Should fate grant us positive success we will look to grow our company at a moderate rate.
Growing our crews, equipment, and experience will help us to profit from these areas. We also
want to eliminate the use of sub-contractors through expanding expertise in areas of
specializations such as Mechanisms design, Animatronic Micro-controller sound motion control
DMX etc.
