Profile: Motivated, principle driven individual with a passion for enhancing community participation in
development, conducting relief activities, child protection and actively promoting women participation in
development. I possess communication, interpersonal and leadership skills that enhance success of
community based initiatives. I have worked in Zimbabwe for World Vision Bulawayo and Zimbabwe
Commercial Farmers Union. I have been actively involved in the design, monitoring and evaluation of
relief, humanitarian and developmental programs such as food security and livelihoods, education and
nutrition. During this period I have interacted with various stakeholders and people from diverse

Vision framework and the development of training tools for the framework.
