1 st week :Meeting Shakespeare.
2nd week: Clothes and Houses.
3rd week: Games in Elizabethean times.
1st period:
We will show the kids a picture of W.S and ask them if they know who he is.
We will then tell them he was born a looong time ago! 1564.
We will watch the following video to learn more about his life.

We`ll watch the video again and revise what we learnt last class.
Then, we will play a memotest with the following words.

DAY3
Romeo and Juliet!

Then altogether we will draw the most important events. So as to help them out we will
give them pictures of Gnomeo and Juliet. And we`ll encourage children to think why are
those characters called like this. (Adaptation)

It ended in a tragedy.
As homework, the kids will be asked to watch the film at home and colour the
following photocopy.
4. DAY4.
The teacher will elicit information from Shakespeare’s times. Then, she will ask about clothing.

watch “Shakespeare in Love” trailer. They will have to pay attention to the clothes they used.
