EMA3100A Target Motion Simulator, Sensor Measurement Modeler
is the tool for generating sensor measurement models which are
used in Target Tracking Projects (TTPs).
Basically, Sensor Measurement Model is the statistical model of the
sensor with sensor noise or measurement noise added which is
modeled by one of the distributions selected and the second order
characterization.
This statistical characterization might be nonstationary, therefore
an additional description is provided for framing or segmenting
time blocks in which this statistical characterization for the sensor
is valid.

provided by user entry.
4. EMA3100A Sensor Measurement Models
Step 1 - By clicking SM Modeler menu item from Tools menu, Sensor
Measurement Model screen comes up

Step 2 - Proper distribution from available ones is selected and second order
characterization values are entered, if nonstationary model is required Frame
Length and Frames in One of 234510100 and 1000 frame is selected
otherwise Apply to Whole checkbox is checked
6. EMA3100A Sensor Measurement Models
Step 3 – SMM Model File location and name is entered via Save As dialog
and when OK button pressed the SMM model is saved for further use in any
Target Tracking project
