• 4 Tier pay package
• T1 – 40% Commission target at 20k sales per quarter
• T2 – 50% Commission target at 50k sales per quarter
• T3 – 60% Commission target at 100k sales per quarter
• Commission Calculation is base on Nett sales meaning less potential strategic partner
candidate charge
• Tier is base on Sales Target or net sales
