• You have to ask them about the
topics they want to discuss and you
must provide them that agenda.
• You must truly create an environment
where people can engage and
participate in good conversation.

4. LIMIT OF PARTICIPANTS IN THE MEETING
• You should be able to know with what people it is
necessary to discuss the theme of the meeting. A meeting
with many people can be more complicated.

5. AS A LEADER, TRY TO STAY MOTIVATED AND
MOTIVATE YOUR COWORKERS
• So people go more open and creative to meetings
