We use the term information technology or IT to refer to an entire industry. In actuality,
information technology is the use of computers and software to manage information. In
some companies, this is referred to as Management Information Services (or MIS) or
simply as Information Services (or IS).

The information technology and communication (ICT) are a set of services, networks,
software and devices that are intended to improve the quality of life of people in an
environment, and that integrate information system interconnected and complementary,
to collect, store, process, transmit and present information in any format: Audio, data,
text and images.

all new media in recent years have facilitated the flow of information (Internet ,

The most part of time the people compare the price and the product quality.. These are
things that they can do in the shop, but is easier do when you are sitting in a chair.

However, sometimes these reasons do not matter to the seller and create pages with

The e-learning is the education throgh Internet .this type of online education allows
interaction form the user with the material, through the use of informatics tools. This
new concept is a revolution of the education and allow the individual learning. And
will be the predominant form of education on the futur.
The term "e-learning" mean Electronic Learning.

7. What is e- banking?
e-banking is a term that groups all forms that we can use to interact with a bank of
electronic form .
There are a tendency to associate the term e-banking with a web page of a bank, but
nowadays we can interact with a bank through movile phones, desktop applications….
With this we shouldn´t think in the e-banking as a web site that allows see Money in
our account and allows do transferences, and think that we can pay the account of line
services, pay the credit card billing, or other things….

8. TIC’S Tools are :
Internet: Many activities can be done there, but for the TICS , updated information and
a media quick and fast .
Email : An easy and effective Middle to communicate and obtain information.
Email Lists : Internet is an option that allows , by e-mail , contacting several people.
Group discussions ( Forums): A Thematic Forum online is one in which the participants
raised issues related to their interests. Any forum member can express their opinions in
response to these issues or make their own discussion topics.
Hall of conversation ( Chat room ) : Service realtime conversation devoted to a
particular topic.
The " Weblogs " or "Blogs" provide a space to write ..
Presentations with slides allow programs like PowerPoint slide show and offer an easy
way to incorporate text, image , sound and animation in presentations .
Data Management : Preparation and presentation of statistics . It requires a simple
software for data management, to process information and present it graphically in
different formats.
Digital Photography: It is a very useful and effective to collect and present information
"visual" (visual communication ) .
