This document discusses the concept of an "inforg", which is defined as an informationally embodied organism or entity made up of information that exists in the infosphere. An infosphere refers to an environment populated by informational entities. The document suggests that an inforg can help individuals store and manage verifiable claims about themselves, their data, possessions, relationships, and identity. It poses questions about how a regulated knowledge banking industry could be established to ensure individuals maintain control and ownership over their own inforgs through independent information management systems. The goal would be to define how inforgs are stored, maintained, and used in a way that supports individuals' privacy, security, and participation in civic processes through defined knowledge fiduc

What is an Infosphere?
Infosphere is a neologism composed of information and sphere. The word refers to an environment, like
a biosphere, that is populated by informational entities called inforgs. While an example of the sphere of
information is cyberspace, infospheres are not limited to purely online environments.

6. My Gov stores the Government’s means to form an opinion of you; but it’s not always right, and when
there’s something wrong with it, it can be hard to fix.
- My Gov collect all the official statements about you to help the government support you.
- My Gov is designed to help you manage your benefits, and obligations, relating to your citizenship.
It has been important for your citizenship to have somewhere safe to store the official data about you.
‘My gov’ is your governments attempt to make things easier and better for all taxpayers.
But our parliamentarians, can’t solve all the problems by themselves. Our Public Servants, sometimes
need to defend the actions of others responsible to the people, in their organisations.
Sometimes - it is the role of the court to make decisions, on the basis of evidence supplied to the court,
and the way in which a complaint made to a court needs to be considered pursuant to, Rule of Law.

7. Our System of Democracy - Separation of Powers
Our Government, through our elected leaders, are sworn to act
in the best interests of the people. Sometimes, our
representatives can be given bad information and it can be
difficult for them to know who to trust…
Our system of democracy relies upon you. You need to
have a copy of the information that affecting you. When it is
important information, it needs to be in a format that can be
used as a VERIFIABLE CLAIM.
The actions and voices of citizens is the basis to our society, inclusive to the operation of its system of
democracy.
We are required to perform our works, with others, in good faith. It is important to the interests of
everyone, that we are able to fix issues as quickly and as inexpensively as possible.
8. Why Build a Regulated Knowledge Banking Industry
1. Every Australian is a Citizen, even public servants; who have elected to take
part in the field of work that seeks to ensure all other citizens, are able to thrive
and make the best possible contribution to society, with their help.
a. It is important to your members of parliament; and most of all, you; for those who care for you;
and, those for whom you care, and support;
b. that you, are able to trust in your Rule of Law, using your inforg to easily convey the nature of
truth - as it relates to you and what it is you seek to communicate to others.
2. Rule of Law and our system of democracy is founded upon the merits of
personhood as is the beneficiary of Separation of Powers.
3. The interactions between our inforgs and the broader infosphere provides
means to support rule of law and improved socio economic governance. Your
means to retain an Inforg, supports your relationships and your society.
4. It is important Your Government regulates how it works for you. Whilst they
cannot operate it all for you - when there is a problem, your government is the
only government in the world who has a responsibility to help you.
9. So What is an Inforg?
Linked Data | Verifiable Claims | IoT | Media
Processing | Artificial Intelligence
And You.
10. An Inforg stores Verifiable Claims
Verifiable Claims are digital instruments
that make use of an authority of some
sort, to help you make a claim that is
supported by the proper function of that
authority.
It’s all good and well that people make
‘claims’ about themselves; the question
becomes - Comprehensively - prove it.
As our Infosphere develops, we will develop a framework in which Artificial
Intelligence will make decisions about us, about our reputation in a socially
investigable web as may be communicated to (or manipulated) by others seeking to
trust us or seeking to obtain socioeconomic advantage by exploiting us.
11. An Inforg helps you store and make use of your Data
When Internet Applications started to store data online,
they used of international contract law to manage how law
related to information stored by the websites.
Overtime, this method was also used to help make devices
work. We increasingly produce data in relation to every
moment and every interaction relating to our lives.
Your devices are constantly communicating data about you to organisations connected to you
via the Infosphere. Sometimes you are aware of when this happens, often you are not.
International law, when applied to an online application
that stores both your data and provides the application
makes use of ‘choice of law’ of the company supplying
you the service. This was due to the way applications
needed to function, but this technical barrier has changed.
An Inforg can help you be the
beneficial owner of your data.
12. An Inforg helps you manage your things
An inforg helps you be the beneficial
owner of the ‘thing’ you buy that only
work when their connected to the
internet.
An Inforg helps you understand
whether you are buying a product, or
whether you are buying a service that
is sold with a product that must be
linked together.
If your things are tracking you - it should be because you want them to, because you made decisions
that ensured it was your choice, for your benefit; and not because someone else gave you no choice...
13. An Inforg helps you define you, to others
An Inforg allows you to define the
way Artificial intelligence works on
your behalf, to manage your
relationships with people, brands,
organisations and all other things.
14. An Inforg - is all the information about You.
Whether or Not, it is Curated by You.
The Inforg of you - is all that anyone will know of you and
about you - unless you spend time with them in person; and
even then, the event of doing so, is part of your inforg.
If you do not control your inforg, your inforg can control you in
ways you may never know how it influences you and your life.
15. Why Establish a Knowledge
Banking Industry
How do we think Information Management systems
could work so that you control your inforg?
16. What is a Knowledge Banking Industry?
1. How could it be regulated by your Government, but Independently operated.
2. How can we establish an infrastructure based, regulated marketplace of
‘knowledge fiduciaries’ who are not entitled to take any beneficial ownership
over your data?
3. How do we define the storage, maintenance and use of your inforg.
4. Can we define the means to ensure you can move from one provider, to
another?
5. How do we provide meaningful services such as; the means to protect,
a. Your privacy
b. You from Hackers; and, other forms of Bad Act(or)s who may not act lawfully by themselves
c. Insures you from harms that may be caused to you through the misuse of your data
d. Helps you participate in civics, by anonymising your ‘statistics’ with many, many others.

find. You get what you need”

20. Why would you want to pay to
be the beneficial owner of your
inforg?
Tim Berners-Lee: A Magna Carta for the web
21. Because:
1. Internet has never been Free
2. You do not want to be simply - a resource.

What percentage of that revenue goes into your pocket?
How does your Internet work for you?
Do you store digital receipts? If you did, where would you store them?

Does your household operate its finances with Machine Readable Receipts?
● How much time do you spend doing book-keeping?
● Can you analyse your spending habits?
● Do you keep your receipts for warranty purposes?
● Do you know if the products and services you buy are good for others & the environment?
How do you make use of the Internet to manage your health?
● Do you have a safe and accessible place to manage your health information & records?
● Can you easily add health-related information to help you better manage your health with healthcare
practitioners? Would you prefer to spend money on what you need? Or would you prefer to not
know, and just buy things that sound good…
How do you start a business, how do you make money out of your “Incredible Idea”
● Do you have a lawyer? A patent attorney? An accountant? So it’s just an ‘idea’, right? What if you
could just start a blockchain and everything you and others do to help make your idea work, is dated,
