Service, Head Office Store, Archive Store, Office Mails Section in
Jeddah, Dammam & Riyadh & Transportation Section in Jeddah,
Dammam & Riyadh &.)
2. • Decision making of providing Hotel Reservations for the employees and
guests of the Company.
• Approval of Business Travel for the employee whom will be mission in
different areas of company sites.
• Responsible in approving of leave & visa request & final exit of my
staffs.
• Monitor and Control Office Operations, Equipment and Office Furniture
Sections.
• Resolving any encountered issues from employees or any job related
issues
• Approvals of all material requisitions issued in all departments of
company.
• Approvals of requests for Offices Renovation.

• Responsible for all equipment purchasing, scheduling and maintenance.
• Assurance of quality of our service is always up to client standards and
satisfaction.
• Monitoring all project expenses, performance and minimizing running

• Contributed in preparing a new competitive proposal to Aramco after
