Responsible of all the functions in department. Oversee the staff and implement
strategies to increase productivity of work. Conduct training and seminars to
motivate and build the skills of team members. Continually assess employee
productivity levels and help them to achieve their goals. Produce methods that

Responsibilities:
• Handling of 275 employees with in Department including Service
Manager, Section Heads & Service Responsible.
• Takes part in the strategic planning process of the procedures of the
organization.
• Review & approve contracts (i.e. 24 office building units rented more
than 20 Million Riyals of coast & rental employees)
• Authorize in purchasing items using petty-cash of Department &
approve all cash disbursement invoice by invoice of department petty
cash fund.
• Propose improvement to higher management regarding new ideas or
performance of operation in the department.
• Manage with the various section of Department (i.e. Telephone Operator
Service, Head Office Store, Archive Store, Office Mails Section in
Jeddah, Dammam & Riyadh & Transportation Section in Jeddah,
Dammam & Riyadh &.)
• Decision making of providing Hotel Reservations for the employees and
guests of the Company.
• Approval of Business Travel for the employee whom will be mission in
different areas of company sites.
• Responsible in approving of leave & visa request & final exit of my
staffs.
• Monitor and Control Office Operations, Equipment and Office Furniture
Sections.
• Resolving any encountered issues from employees or any job related
issues
• Approvals of all material requisitions issued in all departments of
company.
• Approvals of requests for Offices Renovation.
• Monitor Manpower.
ARAMCO – Riyadh Community Services Division
PROJECT MANAGER Oct. 2001 – 2009
Responsible for all related operational tasks in Al-Rabwah Housing & Recreation
Compound at Aramco. To include Maintenance, Administration, Purchasing,
Human Resources, Contract Renewal Negotiations and Client Satisfaction.
Duties and Achievements:
• Managing over than 75 employees on daily basis.
• Responsible for all equipment purchasing, scheduling and maintenance.
• Assurance of quality of our service is always up to client standards and
satisfaction.
• Monitoring all project expenses, performance and minimizing running
costs.
• Contributed in preparing a new competitive proposal to Aramco after
two years of awarding based on market analysis.
• Managing all customer meetings and contract negotiations.
• Responsible for monthly employee training aimed at high safety and
customer satisfaction.
• Reviewing contract terms and identifying any deficiencies that could
affect company’s profit to any project.
• Introduced new items and services to be provided to client apart from
original contract with 30% additional revenue.
• Managed to keep the company’s reputation in excellent condition with
client due to high project performance, which kept us as a preferred
supplier to Aramco.
• Raised the project revenue up by more than 120%, by introducing
additional material and manpower to Aramco.
