A versatile Accounting and Finance undergraduate; with great attention to detail and

Extracting data from IFS with extensive use of V-Lookups on Excel to cross reference
prices and part codes;
Filtering IFS data on Excel, in order to investigate price difference;
Investigating freight out costs and reporting findings to the Finance Director.
2. Sales and Customer Service Advisor, Halfords Plc February 2012 - Present
Duties included:
Initiating conversations with customers to obtain feedback on their experience with
us;
Reporting gathered feedback back to my duty manager;
Advising and highlighting to customers the best deals they can get with their
respective budgets;
Dealing with customer complaints when they arise (in the absence of a duty
manager);
Actively working as part of the/or motivating the sales team to meet targets;
Occasionally do the cashing up at the end of the day, to ensure the till balance
reconciles with the on-screen cash in-take for the day;
Assists in yearly stock take for the year end company valuation.
Recently, Halfords started to offer finance to customers on certain bicycles and I am
