Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, evaluation and termination of pension
administration staff. Manages the quality of customer service provided to participants,
retirees, attorneys, and others. Directs the staff on how to respond to exception situations

designed and implemented a new user-friendly election packet for the Cash Balance Plan.
This initiative streamlined our packet and initiated system updates to streamline data
entry of pension election from seven points of entry to one.
· Checked, reviewed, and processed 1,600 re-retirement calculations in February to ensure
pension benefits were accurately calculated.
· Authorized to do final checking of disbursement authorizations to Bank Trustee, which
results in the payment of pension annuities and lump sums in excess of $100 million
annually.
