• Responsibilities include safeguarding company assets, compliance with company
vending field audit requirements by conducting vending machine audits and
investigations, analyzing audit data for trends in outlet activity in order to support
audit execution, identify root causes of loss on routes through analysis,
communicate results of audits and analysis to Internal Control, provide training on
audit and analysis process, and assist in independent audits and counts on
warehouse operations.
Achievements
• Investigated and solved an internal theft case, with the conclusion being a
recovery of lost assets.

suspects were apprehended and recovery of lost assets.

• As a Loss Prevention Detective, responsibilities included safeguarding company
assets by investigating and closing both external and internal fraud and theft
cases, partnering with local law enforcement to ensure lost assets were recovered,
conducting department audits to ensure that measures were up to standard for
protecting company assets from loss, investigating logistical and paperwork losses
to recover company assets.
• As a Sales Professional, responsibilities included providing excellent customer
service, gaining customer loyalty with Macy’s STAR Rewards program, knowing
and being able to enthusiastically sell our products, and mentoring other Sales
Professionals.
