FNT Falcon als Early Adopter Program Bestandskunden die Möglichkeit bietet, sich intensiv in die Weiterentwicklungsprozesse der Standardsoftware von FNT einzubringen. Neue, innovative Funktionalitäten in ausgewählten Lösungsstrecken und Modulen werden dabei vor dem offiziellen Erscheinungstermin eines künftigen Releases für eine intensive praktische Erprobung zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine Cloud-basierte Bereitstellung ist für den Kunden dabei besonders aufwandsarm und ressourcenschonend. Zusätzlich können optionale mit einer On-Premise Installation Tests mit dem eigenen Datenbestand durchgeführt werden. Ein spezieller Supportkanal ermöglich unmittelbares Feedback, welches direkt zu den jeweiligen Produktmanagern zugeht und die weitere Entwicklung aktiv beeinflusst.

 Unite the power of early communication and collaboration with customers before
general availability of new releases and new innovations under one program and
one flag. Increase visibility and knowledge about cooperation with customers.
 Make early customer situations and pre-release situations highly productive: Get
Operate on the base of common principles. Get the maximum benefit for all
involved out of it!
 Set appropriate expectations and avoid misunderstandings and disappointments!
Set some basic rules and make everyone relax with the idea of constant change!

 The organization must have customer status for at least 6 months or longer.
 An appropriate already existing FNT solution must be operated by the organization.
 The FNT solution must be operated as a production system environment with a
significant scope suited for testing, verifying and amending features of future
releases.
 The organization must have a fast forward mentality and must embrace change!
 The relationship between the organization must be characterized by good mutual
understanding and by a spirit of challenging each other in a friendly fashion.
