For me, monitoring the employees is ok, I'm not talking about monitoring, but having software or something which is a part of the computer system. I think that's okay if the employees or managers are not the ones who watch the computer. I don't think it is bad idea to monitor people. My computer is for work, so you would think if I am on my work computer I should be doing my work. I think it is okay. It's always the same. If you have nothing else to do during work hours, make sure you at least do your job. In the end, the management must make the choice. If it is a company policy, they must keep to it (Mettler & Wulf, 2019). I do not feel comfortable monitoring an employee because it is not a part of their job. An employee should be able to work, or they should at least be a part of the company that is providing the job. If there is someone that is watching over their shoulder, then it should be an individual of that employee and not of the company that they are working for (Tabrizchi & Kuchaki, 2020). If there is an issue that needs to be checked and they are away from the computer, it should be something that they should handle and not something that they have to worry about because of the watchful eye. If there is a manager that has to be kept in check, then there should be someone to do that, but an employee that does not work should not have to worry about what another person is doing. The attachment theory is influenced by the child's age and the need to ensure their safety. The interaction between the infants and the caregivers greatly impacts the child's lifespan attachment development (Choate & Tortorelli, 2022). Therefore, this theory focuses on the intimacy and interactions that offer an attachment activated upon the separation from the caregivers. Such separation begins on the first day of the daycare and when the primary caregiver separates from the child due to work or vacations. In the case scenario, Ella Schultz requires a trusting relationship with the mother. She is experiencing abuse from her father, and her environment does not offer her emotional and mental opportunities to be connected to her father (Choate & Tortorelli, 2022). The attachment theory includes all aspects of life from when the child is born and contributes to the child's future capacity of attachment development to other people. She has successfully formed an attachment with her peers and needs additional support and relationship from her father. Therefore, she is experiencing grief at losing her relationship with her parents. Despite the relationships being unhealthy to her, she is still in grief. She is in a situation that can be considered as disorganization. She had already developed the perception that her father could not change and has admitted that the family was stable when the father was not under the control of alcohol. She is experiencing a loss of peer relationships with her parents. The attachment theory defines the cause of the problem in this scenario. It reveals that Ella did not have a bond with her monotropy and has no healthy bond with other caregivers like the father. Therefore, as a healthcare provider, it is important to inquire about the impact of stress or distress, environment, and bond on Ella. The attachment theory must guide the inquiries. Therefore, a nurse can inquire about Ella's perception concerning the positive things about her father or what they did with the father before becoming a drug addict. Ella can also describe her childhood life and experience, for example, whether she spent most of the time with her parents before joining kindergarten. The successful process of addressing the problem in the case scenario must be based on the guidance of the attachment theory. The first thing a social worker can do as an intervention is to give her space to help understand her perception of attachment (Choate & Tortorelli, 2022). Of the numerous problem-solving methods available, this presentation examines solution-based "design thinking" in the learning context. Through research and case studies, the presentation will delve into the spatial features that successfully foster a problem-solving learning environment. In recent years, many institutions have created Colaboratories, including the Mayo Clinic, Harvard Innovation Lab, and Stanford d:school. The purpose of which is to investigate problems such as climate change, health care, sustainability, economic globalization, learning equity, business growth and entrepreneurship. This presentation will explain the reasons why the problem-solving environment of a Collaboratory can become a learning opportunity in Higher-Education and K-12 applications and, the reason for its proliferation among corporations, organizations and institutions.

Still, you've got to have some idea of what kind of dance event it is (a masked ball or a rave) before you can proceeed. You need, in other words, a clear picture of the issues and questions you want to investigate, some idea of how you're going to go about investigating them, but also a readiness to improvise and revise. Ideally, you work out designs with colleagues and advisors (including participants), but there are also some standard features, forms, and cautions that can be suggested (the numbered components below are taken from the chapter titles in Joe Maxwell's Qualitative Research Design: An interactive approach. Thousand Oaks, CA: Sage, 1996, the best available text on design that I'm aware of (which isn't to say that I agree with all of it). This work will focus on the Abolition Movement and the Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) social movements. Social movement are a result of general public consensus towards dealing with major social issues in the community. This work will study the historical background and ideals that supported the development of these two social movement. This is intended to show the correlation between their emergence and the key social issues that the community faced.The Abolition Movement emerged in an effort to end slavery in the country. It held that all people are created equal, and hence the practice of slavery was unacceptable. This movement existed in the 19th century when many people started publicly displaying dissatisfaction for the slavery practices in the country. It placed more pressure on the authorities to outlaw slavery (Martos, Wilson & Meyer, 2017). It would allow for increased debate about segregation and discrimination. The LGBT movement is much more recent. It was started with the goal of affording members of the LGBT community with the same rights and recognition of heterosexual members of the community. For many generations, people categorized as LGBT were shunned and discriminated against. This movement intended to overcome these limitations set on the community members.
