Work Experience:-
 Worked as Body shop supervisor Cum Estimator for Automobile
Service Centre, Ruwi, Muscat, Oman (Private workshop for all body &
maintenance works-A sister concern of Galaxy National Trading &
Contracting LLC )(August 2012 to 2016 August)
Duties and Responsibilities in my job role as Body Shop Supervisor Cum
Estimator as follows:-
 Monitor employee’s work levels and review work performances.
 Counseling the employees for work-related issues and assist to correct job-
skill deficiencies.
 Follow up technicians on vehicles and update service adviser regularly and
ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time
 Monitoring and handling the team.
 Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide
employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or
violations of procedures and safety rules.
 Reporting staff performances and new planning and procedures to maintain
high productivity to workshop manager.
 Ordering the spare parts and also inform customer about non available parts.
Ensure productivity and efficiency of technicians.
 Preparation of Estimate for the fleet customers.
 Preparing estimates for accident vehicles as per the police report.
 Insurance Negotiation with surveyors.
 Worked as a Body shop service advisor in KVR AUTO CARS (Maruti-
Suzuki Dealership,Kasaragod, Kerala.( April 2009 to July 2012)
