RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring Daily Operations activities.
CAFM & PMS- familiar with FSI and Urbanize software’s and

as pest control, waste management, Landscape and others to
obtain output results expected by client, report all required
information to client in agreed format.
Monitor the management of sub contracted services and ensuring
performance is monitored against contracted SLAs (Service Level
Agreement)& KPIs(Key Performance Indicator)
Part of Project Mobilizing and Zoning team.
Report to the Contract Manager (CM) on all operational and
administrative needs of the staff of his/her area of responsibility.
Plans execute site visit schedules on a regular basic.
Preparing PPM Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basic.
Training staff on all site custodial procedures.
Interview all new custodial staff and provide CM with staff
evaluation report.
Ensure that the staff is warring proper PPE’s and Uniform’s

equipment and machineries expenditures for the new projects.
Preparing weekly, monthly cleaning report. Preparing cleaning
check list. Checking and confirming staff attendance by signing
attendance sheet on daily basic.
Preparing and Monitoring consumables and materials requisition
for the site.
Arrange machines repairs and service on receiving breakdown
report for site supervisors. Making sure mystery shopper and other
report are completed on time.
Report near misses, incident and initiate/participate in incident
investigation. Participate in HSE and Cross functional meeting as
required. Participate in fire evacuation training and drills.
Organizing staff replacement and swapping for operational
requirement for different sites.
Approving or disapproving leave application depending on work
load.
Establish and maintain high quality health and safety and
environment arrangements, in accordance with best practice
guidelines.
