Footwear consist of garment worm on the feet, for fashion,
protection against the environment.
 Footwear is estimated to have started its long history of
human use during the ice age, some 5 million years ago.
The first modern footwear industry was started in 1887.
Indian leather industry is the core strength of the Indian footwear
industry. It is the engine of growth for the entire Indian leather
industry and India is the second largest global producer of
footwear after China
Several kinds of Footwear Design & Technology courses are
available in India.
Indian leather footwear industry is growing at modest rate in the
last one decade. India currently exports 115 million pairs of
footwear India has a negligible share in global export of footwear
OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY
 This would help to get a practical and real time experience about
various aspect concerned with the organization.

 To know the various departments such as marketing, financing, operations,

compared to similar brands.

 The company always maintains good employer

 No good canteen facility.
SUGGESTIONS
 Advertisements have a vital role in every industry. So the company should make
advertisement with changing trend and preference of consumers.
 Better media planning with more concentration on television is necessary.
 The company should provide more consideration to the models of teenagers and
youngsters.
 The company should introduce innovative models to attract customers.
 Introduce good canteen facility.
 They must recruit a welfare officer for the Organization.
 Company should maintain separate department for Research and Development.
