Critical thinking and problem solving are important skills, as is the ability to partner across networks as more work becomes remote. Being able to adapt to volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous situations is also key. Traditional education has focused on routine procedures but the future may require learning new skills quickly. Developing a sense of entrepreneurship is traditionally associated with extra-curricular activities rather than school work.

expected to make up that business. In current times, we are seeing a greater number
of full time employees working on the Cloud, when collaborating with people
overseas I need to be culturally aware. (A joke in this country might be offensive to
somewhere else) “digital tools are used to support interactions
around curricular objectives and promote intercultural
understanding.” – Wagner. What it means: cameras, microphones etc
supplement interactions around foundational goals and big up intercultural
comprehension.
